Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and rpt88 ("Platform", "us"). This Agreement takes effect immediately when you accept these terms during the registration process, or when you continue using the platform after any amendments have been published.

Continued use of the rpt88 platform after any published amendments is considered acceptance of those amended terms. It is your responsibility to check this page from time to time.

Member Eligibility

To register and use rpt88 services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be subject to any restriction or prohibition from using online gambling services under applicable law.
• Register in your own name — registration on behalf of another person is not allowed.
• Not be registered as a self-excluded member on this platform or any related platform.

Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the rpt88 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual is a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate and current information including your full name, mobile phone number, email address and any other information needed for the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. You agree to update this information whenever any changes occur.

• False or misleading information provided during registration may result in immediate account closure.
• You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, provided you have kept your login credentials secure.
• Do not share your login credentials with any third party.

Deposits and Payments

rpt88 supports a range of deposit methods for the convenience of Malaysian members, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The minimum deposit for each payment method is RM50. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for crypto transactions which use the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

• You may only deposit funds from an account or wallet registered in your own name.
• rpt88 does not accept cash payments, money orders or transfers from third parties.
• Any fraudulent attempt in the deposit process will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your account immediately or within a short period depending on the payment method chosen.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per request. Withdrawal requests that meet all requirements are usually processed within one (1) hour.

Before a withdrawal is approved, the Platform reserves the right to carry out KYC checks to verify identity and ownership of the payment method. All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used during deposit, except in certain situations that require further assessment.

• The wagering requirements for any active bonus must be met before a withdrawal is processed.
• rpt88 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review and compliance purposes.
• Withdrawals to a different method from the original deposit require additional verification.
• The cryptocurrency exchange rate is determined at the time the withdrawal request is approved.

Bonuses and Promotions

rpt88 offers a 200% welcome bonus up to a maximum value of RM1,500 on a new member's first deposit. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus value before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM200 → balance RM300 → wagering requirement: RM200 × 20 = RM4,000
• Deposit RM1,600 → bonus RM1,500 → balance RM3,100 → wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000

General terms for all bonuses and promotions:

• Each promotion has a set validity period — expired bonuses will be automatically reset to zero.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.
• rpt88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses will result in cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account closure.
• The rpt88 VIP programme with five tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) offers weekly cashback. Cashback is assessed based on the member's current tier eligibility.

Game Rules

All games offered at rpt88, including slots, live casino, sportsbook, table games and others, have their own rules available within the game interface itself. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is a technical fault that can be verified by the platform.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, unsettled bets will be returned to the member's account.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs or game system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
• rpt88 reserves the right to void any bet suspected of involving the use of automated software (bots) or unfair methods.

Responsible Gambling

rpt88 is committed to responsible gambling practices. We provide self-control tools to help members manage their gambling habits, including deposit limits, session limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options.

• This platform is for adult entertainment for those aged 21 and above only.
• Do not gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
• Self-exclusion can be requested at any time and will take effect immediately upon confirmation.
• Members who apply for self-exclusion will not receive any promotional communications from rpt88 during the exclusion period.

Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, rpt88 shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.
• Data loss resulting from technical failures that are not under the direct control of the platform.
• Acts or omissions carried out by third parties, including game providers or payment processors.

rpt88's total liability to any member shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim being submitted.

Account Closure

rpt88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, including:

• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Holding multiple accounts.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system.
• Involvement in money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform's systems.
• Behaviour that threatens or harasses support staff or other members.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time through customer support. Eligible balances will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

Amendments to Terms

rpt88 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. We will notify members of significant changes via email or an in-platform notice.

Continued use of the rpt88 platform after amendments are published will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
